The short version: Use ThinkProv to practise and improve your thinking and communication. Don't abuse the platform. The AI coaching is a training tool, not a professional assessment. You own your content. We own the platform.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using ThinkProv ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use ThinkProv.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ThinkProv. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are eligible to use the Service.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
- Do not share your account with others
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately at thinkprov@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access
4. Acceptable use
ThinkProv is a thinking and communication training tool. You agree to use it only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.
You must not:
- Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or extract the platform's proprietary technology
- Use the Service to harass, abuse or harm others
- Submit content that is illegal, hateful, threatening or defamatory
- Attempt to circumvent any usage limits or security measures
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written permission
5. Free tier and paid plans
ThinkProv offers a free tier with limited sessions per week. Paid plans (when available) unlock additional features and unlimited sessions.
We reserve the right to change the features included in each tier at any time, with reasonable notice to existing users.
6. AI coaching disclaimer
ThinkProv uses artificial intelligence to analyse your speech and provide coaching feedback. This feedback is generated automatically and is intended as a practice and training tool only.
- AI coaching scores and feedback are indicative — they are not professional assessments
- ThinkProv does not guarantee any specific outcome from using the Service (such as job interview success or improved public speaking performance)
- AI coaching is not a substitute for professional communication coaching, therapy or career advice
- Feedback may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete — use your own judgement
7. Audio and content
When you use ThinkProv, you grant us a limited licence to process your audio recordings and speech transcripts for the purpose of generating AI coaching feedback.
- You retain ownership of your spoken content
- Audio recordings are processed for transcription and are not stored permanently
- Transcripts and coaching feedback are stored in your account and are accessible only to you
- We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent
8. Intellectual property
ThinkProv, including its name, brand, design, methodology, training frameworks and software, is owned by ThinkProv and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of ThinkProv without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
ThinkProv is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
- Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim
10. Termination
You may stop using ThinkProv and delete your account at any time by contacting us at thinkprov@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of ThinkProv after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
