How we collect, use and protect your information

Last updated: April 2026

The short version: We collect only what we need to run ThinkProv. We don't sell your data. Your audio is processed for coaching and not stored permanently. You can delete your account and data at any time.

1. Who we are

ThinkProv ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered thinking and communication training platform available at thinkprov.com. ThinkProv is operated from Singapore.

If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at thinkprov@gmail.com.

2. What information we collect

Account information

  • Your email address and name when you sign up
  • Password (stored securely — we never see it in plain text)
  • If you sign in with Google: your Google account name and email

Onboarding survey data

When you first join, we ask optional questions about your role, industry, goals, age range and how you found us. This is used by the ThinkProv team to understand our user base and improve the product. It is never shown to other users or used to target you with advertising.

Practice data

  • Audio recordings — recorded during practice sessions and sent to our speech-to-text provider for transcription. Audio is not stored permanently after transcription.
  • Transcripts — the text version of your speech, stored so you can review your sessions
  • AI coaching feedback — scores and written feedback generated from your transcripts
  • Session history — topic, scores, date and framework used

Usage data

  • Which features you use and when
  • Your practice streak and session count
  • Your selected topic interests

3. How we use your information

  • To provide and improve the ThinkProv service
  • To generate personalised AI coaching feedback on your speech
  • To personalise practice topics based on your interests
  • To track your progress over time
  • To understand our user demographics (aggregate, anonymised analysis)
  • To respond to your support requests

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to any third party. Ever.

4. Third-party services

Running ThinkProv requires us to share certain data with trusted third-party providers. We only share what is necessary.

Supabase

We use Supabase to store your account information, session history, transcripts and coaching feedback. Supabase is hosted on AWS infrastructure. Supabase Privacy Policy →

Anthropic (Claude AI)

Your speech transcripts are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate coaching feedback. Anthropic processes this data according to their API usage policies. Anthropic Privacy Policy →

Deepgram

Your audio recordings are sent to Deepgram to convert speech to text. Audio is processed and transcribed — it is not stored by Deepgram beyond their processing pipeline. Deepgram Privacy Policy →

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. Google Privacy Policy →

Formspree

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree and forwarded to our email. Formspree Privacy Policy →

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Supabase servers. We use row-level security to ensure users can only access their own data. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

Audio recordings are sent directly to Deepgram for transcription and are not stored on our servers. Transcripts are stored in your account and protected by authentication.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We recommend using a strong password and not sharing your account credentials.
